Terms of Service

Welcome to EZ SEO SOLUTIONS (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging in our marketing services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with our services.

1. Services & Payment

1.1. All marketing services, including but not limited to digital marketing, SEO, social media management, paid advertising, and content creation, are provided on a prepaid basis.
1.2. Payments for services must be made in advance of the service period. Marketing plans and campaigns will not commence or continue unless payment is received.
1.3. By making a payment, you confirm that all previous work completed by EZ SEO SOLUTIONS has been performed to your satisfaction. No disputes regarding prior services will be accepted after payment has been made.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1. All marketing plans require a 30-day written cancellation notice before discontinuation of services. The cancellation request must be sent via email to ezseosolutions850@gmail.com or through another official communication method designated by EZ SEO SOLUTIONS.
2.2. Services will continue to be provided and invoiced during the 30-day notice period. The client is responsible for payment during this time.
2.3. No refunds will be issued for any marketing services rendered. Due to the nature of marketing efforts, which require time and resources, all payments are final.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. The client agrees to provide all necessary materials, access, and approvals needed for marketing campaigns in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may impact service delivery, for which the Company is not responsible.
3.2. The client acknowledges that marketing outcomes are influenced by multiple factors, including but not limited to competition, industry trends, and algorithm changes. While we strive to deliver optimal results, no specific performance guarantees are made.

4. Liability & Indemnification

4.1. EZ SEO SOLUTIONS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
4.2. The client agrees to indemnify and hold EZ SEO SOLUTIONS harmless against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from the client’s use of our marketing services.

5. Amendments

5.1. EZ SEO SOLUTIONS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes that may affect their service agreements.
